Volunteers will be required to help out at the 2027 Harbury Beer Festival, our 34th, which is the Branch’s biggest public event of the year and requires support from our members to function successfully.
Details will be announced in due course.
Staff incentives
- Free festival beer and cider.
- An allocation of bottled beer to take home, depending on number of hours worked.
- A £5 food voucher will be provided for those working two or more 3-hour shifts in one day.
- A free commemorative festival glass (subject to availability) will be issued to anyone who has worked on both Friday and Saturday (glass to be collected when leaving the festival on Saturday).
Transport Home
Minibuses will be organised to Leamington and Warwick for volunteers working the Friday or Saturday evening sessions. Volunteers living elsewhere will need to make their own arrangements but taxi fares to destinations within the branch area can be reclaimed from the Branch Treasurer on production of a receipt.
Post Festival Trip:
Free transport will be provided for a post-festival trip, for example a visit to a beer festival or brewery.
