This year our theme was beers from South Yorkshire plus some beers from our local breweries.

The flavour is smooth and robust with warming alcohol, lots of toffee, candied peel and dried citrus fruits. Huge depth and lingering flavours. Dangerously more-ish. Brewed for the first time in six years!
AcornLong Weekend4.5Pale alePale crystal malt adds a light sweetness to this pale golden ale, USA and New Zealand hops impart a punchy zesty aroma.

Blue BeeGinger Beer4.8GingerA fiery ginger pale ale using 30kgs of fresh root ginger to give a spicy lingering ginger kick.
BradfieldFarmers Pale Ale5Pale aleA distinctive fruity pale ale, well balanced with a powerful floral bouquet, full-bodied and a predominantly dry aftertaste.
ChantrySpecial Reserve6.3Strong AleAn old ale. A full bodied, rich well balanced brown ale. Brewed using the finest Yorkshire malts and Worcestershire hops. Maris Otter, Crystal, Wheat and Chocolate malts are combined with a double hop to produce a moreish malty beer with a hint of liquorice. The flavour reminds you of a dark fruit cake with a touch of molasses.
Church EndGravediggers3.8MildDark black and red in colour, with a complex mixture of chocolate and roast flavours. The use of two different hops, gives the beer a complex feel and smooth finish. Just been voted Champion Mild at the Great British Beer Festival 2019
Church FarmPale ale3.8Pale aleCrisp and refreshing golden ale with hints of citrus fruits and a bitter finish; brewed with English Marris Otter malt and Admiral hops.
Crosspool Ale Makers SocietyHoratio Bright4.5Pale aleHoratio Bright now has extra pale malt which has created a lighter more Golden appearance to the beer; it is now a 'proper' golden ale! Now the oranges are dry-hopped with Citra hops halfway through the fermentation. The oranges add extra flavour, as well as bitterness. The bittering hop is Target. Chinook hops are also added halfway through the boil. It's got properties of a traditional English bitter but with loads of flavour at the end from the American hops and the oranges. It's naturally cloudy and the beer is unfined so suitable for vegans.

Don ValleyBit O That4BitterA smooth and dark chestnut coloured Yorkshire bitter. Hints of toffee and biscuit on the nose give way to a pleasant bitterness. A blend of Pilsner, Cara & Crystal Malts together with First Gold Hops give this beer its unique body with a delightful creamy white head. 
DoncasterA1 Pacific4Pale aleThis pale ale is brewed with 3 malt varieties inc. Maris Otter and then hopped with Junga, Mosiac and Ekuanot with a generous dry hop addition of Ekuanot in the fermenter.  
DoncasterBryen Blessed5.1Red ryeA complex malt base with 6 malts and an almost oily mouthfeel thanks to a generous addition of flaked oats and lashings of rye. Bittered with Simcoe hop and with citra in the finish, then dry hopped with a wheelbarrow load of Ahtanum.
Fizzy MoonDel Monte4WheatAn orange wheat beer that is bright, sweet and zesty. The beer is vegan friendly so may not drop quite clear. Some of you will remember that "the Man from Del Monte says Yes" when chosing their oranges. We hope you say Yes when chosing this beer!

GeevesPiccolo3.6Pale aleA Table Beer brewed with Columbus and Cascade and double dry-hopped with Mosaic. Low in strength but bursting with aromas of fresh tropical fruits and citrus grapefruit.
HilltopCitra4.2Pale aleBrewed using maris otter and citra alone. Lovely aroma and even better taste.
Imperial Platinum Blonde4Pale alePale gold in colour. Light malt flavours and summit and cascade give a grapefruit flavours
Jolly BoysJolly Collier Porter5PorterBrewed in the once vibrant Yorkshire coalfields this dark ale is a tribute to the colliers of the UK and beyond. A truly heady mix of malts, including crystal, black and chocolate gives this Porter a robust flavour with a smooth finishing aftertaste. A British beer made from British ingredients and a dose of Northern grit.

Lost IndustryLand Society 1848 XK Bitter5bitterThe beer is brewed from a 1848 Yorkshire bitter recipe with local historians and a beer historian. The bitter is light copper in colour with light caramel notes and spice, citrus and bitterness from the hops (Brewers Gold, Goldings and Hallertau). The malt is 100% pale heritage (chevallier) malt (the recipe is before crystal malt so all the colour and caramel is from an extended boil).
