We offer the opportunity to sponsor a barrel at the festival for just £35. This is a great way to promote your business, celebrate an occasion or just see your name on a barrel. The sponsor names will also be in the festival programme, on the website and in Pint Pilot, the Festival App.

We also have advertising space in the festival programme. This costs £100 for a full-page A5 (148mm x 210mm) advert or £55 for a half page (148mm x 105mm) advert. If you choose to sponsor a barrel as well as take an advert the barrel sponsorship is reduced to just £20 (i.e. £120 total for full page and barrel sponsorship or £75 total for half page and barrel sponsorship). The deadline for any artwork is 7 August 2026.

We offer the opportunity to sponsor the beer and cider bars, the entrance tickets, the reception desk and the glasses. Prices on application to admin@how.camra.org.uk.

We also fundraise for the Air Ambulance charity and are very grateful to receive raffle prizes (e.g. meal or accommodation vouchers) and items for our Tombola (which we can collect locally) such as
